Welcome to MGCA! We encourage you to join MGCA or to renew your membership.  MGCA sponsors the largest Greek conference in the nation – over 1500 delegates from across the country will meet in Chicago on February 21-24, 2008.  Nearly 150 educational sessions will be presented for council and chapter officers and members, as well as for Greek advisors, inter/national officers and staff, and graduate assistants.  And for the first time, the National Black Greek Leadership Conference will happen in conjunction with the MGCA Annual Leadership Conference.

Any school within the region with an IFC, NALFO, NAPA, NMGC, NPHC, Panhellenic , and/or Greek Council, regardless of size, is eligible to become a member of MGCA. Individual Councils may apply for membership by completing a membership form. Membership terms run from July 1st to June 30th each year. Dues are based on an escalating scale determined by council size. Payment of Dues will enable the school to take full advantage of all rights, privileges, and services afforded to member councils/schools.

The early-bird deadline for dues payment is October 15, 2007.  The MGCA board established a deadline for several reasons:

• To help councils take advantage of all the new and improved services that MGCA will be offering to members throughout the year;
• To insure that all councils who apply for awards will have their dues paid prior to the application deadline;
• To simplify the conference registration process so that member councils can expedite their information on-line;
• To allow member councils the opportunity to vote on any constitutional amendments that might be proposed in the upcoming months.

Dues can certainly be paid at any time during the school year; however, after October 15, 2007, there will be a late fee, so please make paying MGCA dues a priority – we think you'll like the additional services being offered to members this year!

*Volume Discount: Councils that register an Interfraternity AND Panhellenic Council (any size) plus an additional council are eligible for a $50.00 discount per additional council. Please see the MGCA Membership Instructions above on how to obtain your discount.
