The Conference Hotel has sold out of double rooms for the conference. There are King and Queen sleeping rooms still available. You may request a roll away bed to be added to the room for $20 to make room for a total of three guests per room. MGCA has made arrangements with other area hotels for overflow. Although not as convenient as staying in the conference hotel, they provide other options. Please see the sections below for that information. Hyatt Regency O'Hare recent completed a dramatic $60 million transformation of the Jonathan Portman-designed, iconic 1969 structure. It brought significant changes to the public spaces of the hotel and conference center wing, adding cutting-edge design elements and flexible meeting space to accommodate intimate high-end meetings and large-scale events. Spacious 450-sq.-ft. guest rooms feature elegant, neutral-toned decor and modern furnishing, including one king or two double Grand Beds with ultra-plush pillows, the softest of sheeting and thick down blankets piled upon irresistible pillow-top mattresses. Enjoy deluxe amenities such as wireless Internet access, Portico bath products, on-demand programming, late check-out is available from 1-2pm for $15, from 2-4pm for $30 and late check-out requests past 4pm will be an additional full day rate, daily newspaper and available balcony.
